ME & YOU
(Ages 10 Months - 3 Years)
Our Me & You class is a Caregiver/Child gymnastics experience that promotes early development and provides a strong foundation for your childʼs critical first three years.
Walking toddlers ages 1 - 2 3/4 meet for weekly gymnastics classes that will help them achieve new milestones and prepare them for more advanced challenges during each stage of their growth and development. Since youʼre along for the ride, you'll be right there to celebrate every discovery with smiles, hugs and the occasional adult-sized giggle!
Athletes & Caregivers will be introduced to gymnastics skills like:

Circle warm up with songs

Gymnastics body positions with corresponding shapes & colors

Obstacle courses designed around balance, motor skills, & body awareness

Courses include equipment from bars, beam, vault, and tumbling.
